Lamingtons

A lamington is this very famous dessert in Australia that’s basically cake covered by chocolate ganache and then in coconut. I came into this dessert while watching Masterchef Australia (greatest show eveeer xD) in that particular episode each contestant had to do a specific kind of cake,they were all awesome but the lamington is what really appealed to me. It is so good that even my sister who’s not a fan of coconut loved it. This recipe is extremely easy and kinda fun to make! The recipe is from joyofbaking.com

Even though it says to “spoon or ladle” the chocolate,i just dip the cake piece in the chocolate.
