Hoisin Noodle Stir-fry

While trying to explore different cuisines,  the asian-thai kind of cuisine has really amazed me,  so i tried on adapting a couple of recipes online while adding a touch here and there. Here’s a spin-off to a recipe i found at

Hoisin Noodle Stir-Fry
100 grams glass noodles (or any type of noodles you prefer)
1 carrot,  peeled and cut into matchsticks
1 cup if shredded red cabbage
2 garlic cloves,  finely chopped
1 yellow onion,  cut into thin slices
1/2 Red bell pepper,  cut into matchsticks
1/2 Yellow bell pepper,  cut into matchsticks
175 grams of white button mushroom,  sliced.
1tbsp Sesame Oil
3 tbsp thai sweet chili sauce
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
Juice of half a large lime
1- Prepare your noodles per box instructions
2- Combine hoisin sauce,  thai sweet chili sauce , and lime juice.
3- Heat 1 large tbsp of sesame oil in a large wok,  add chopped garlic.
4-Leave it for about 1 minute then add the onions,  keep stirring.
5- To prevent from burning,  add a little bit of water every once in a while.
6- Start adding your veggies,  put carrots first,  leave a little but,  then add bell peppers, cabbage,  and mushrooms.
7- Keep stir frying until all ingredients have softened then add the sauce and stir.
8-Finally,  add the noodles and stir in the wok for a little bit until all is incorporated.
9- Remove from wok and immediately serve.  Enjoy!
