Hoisin Noodle Stir-fry

While trying to explore different cuisines,  the asian-thai kind of cuisine has really amazed me,  so i tried on adapting a couple of recipes online while adding a touch here and there. Here’s a spin-off to a recipe i found at   http://kitchensimplicity.com/hoisin-chicken-with-noodles-and-green-beans/
I hope you enjoy!
